Most of the warranties are prorated and do not cover labor or damages. Lou Jezdimir Roofing, Inc. is fully insured and offers warranties on all its services and products on top of the manufacturer’s warranties.
Some roof types have a longer natural life than others. We offer our customers a total warranty on our work typically between two to ten years, depending on roof type. We will always include specific warranty details in the contract.
